Caring for Communities Conference
Langley, BC V3A 7N2
Do you work on the front lines of community social services? Meet your colleagues at Caring for Communities!
The Caring for Communities conference will recognize and celebrate the commitment of frontline workers in the community social services sector. Join us to connect, learn, and feel inspired to foster psychologically supportive workplaces, where emotional well-being is promoted and mental harm is actively prevented. Sessions will provide tools and strategies to help workers advocate together, share ideas, access support, and honour their cultural identities, while exploring practical approaches to strengthening workplace well-being, sharing knowledge and promising practices, and nurturing cultures of collective care and support.
Participants invited to join us from the community social services sector:
- Frontline Workers
- Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee (JOHSC) Members
Caring for Communities 2026 is proudly presented by The Community Social Services Health and Safety Association of BC in partnership with WorkSafeBC and The Federation of Community Social Services of BC. Working together, these three partners are building a community around the well-being of community social services organizations and their workers.
