We are seeking a skilled, experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Director of Services for the Northwest. This position is based in Terrace.
This is a salaried management position, with an annual starting salary of $101,400, based on education, credentials, and experience. The compensation package includes company-paid benefits, and a defined benefit pension plan through the Municipal Pension Plan.
• Service Delivery – commitment to the principles of person-centered service delivery, ensuring excellence in all programs;
• Leadership – providing direction and functioning as an exemplar; experience with human resources and labour relations is an asset
• Administration – developing and maintaining organizational functioning; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Community – promoting awareness and building relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, TCS is seeking a skilled leader with professional experience in the community services field. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this person must have superior communication skills and an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Director of Services for the Northwest has an overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of services.
