IT Support and Data Analyst
We are now accepting applications for an IT Support and Data Analyst to join our growing IT department.
The IT Support and Data Analyst will provide IT support to staff and managers, assisting with software, hardware, and network-related concerns to ensure smooth and secure operations across the organization. The IT Support and Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data across systems and processes. This role involves analyzing data to identify issues, implementing solutions to improve data quality, and supporting the agency’s use of our Client database / Client Case Management Systems.
As an IT Support and Data Analyst, you will lead the management of data and user experience within our Client Database and Client Case Management Systems. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, optimizing system usability, and supporting staff and managers with IT and network-related needs to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the data and user-experience with the client database and case file management systems.
- Supporting staff and managers with IT support and with our network
- Maintain and support Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital platforms and internal systems.
- Deliver training on Microsoft Teams, Outlook calendars, and other digital tools.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), organize training content, and support staff learning initiatives.
- Use Power BI, Excel, and Power Query to create dashboards and reports that support strategic planning.
- Manage and analyze datasets; export and manipulate CSV files for reporting and insights.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for internal use and external funders.
- Maintain agency websites, with a focus on WordPress administration and content updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across systems.
- Draft quality assurance reports and support compliance with agency standards and policies.
- Provide technical training to staff and contribute to internal capacity building.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and support the growth of others.
Educational requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Data Analyst, Information Systems or a related program (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
To be successful in your role, you'll also need:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Environment, Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and case management systems.
- Proficiency in exporting and managing CSV files.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Strong understanding of Transform Database and Client Case Management System.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and WordPress website management.
- Ability to deliver effective training and support to diverse teams.
- Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a proven track record of interpreting complex data to identify patterns and trends effectively
- Proven ability to effectively communicate their findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Proven ability to function independently and frequently under pressure, while effectively managing multiple concurrent projects, assignments and tasks requested from multiple sources.
