Social Services Sector Training & Education Plan
SURVEY: Education and Training Curricula
Are you a community social services supervisor or manager? We want to hear from you!
This survey is part of the Social Services Sector Training and Education Plan—a project between the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) and the Federation of Community Social Services of BC to develop a labour market strategy for the community social services sector in BC.
This is an opportunity to share your experiences, feelings, and opinions on how to improve education and training in the social services sector to align with workplace realities. Tell us what’s working, what needs to change, and what actions the sector can take to make your workplace healthier, more sustainable, and more responsive to workplace realities.
Your responses will be kept confidential and only generalized results will be shared with decision-makers. If you would prefer to discuss this topic over the phone or via Zoom please contact Rebecca Ataya (rebecca@fcssbc.ca) Lang or Kelly Cubbon (kelly@fcssbc.ca).
Complete our 15 minute survey for a chance to win one of two $75 Save-on-Foods gift cards. You will have the opportunity to submit your email at the end of the survey to be entered (and your personal information will be separated from your survey responses).
