Member Support & Information Exchange

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, The Federation launched into action to support our members and BC’s community social services sector. Among other things, we held weekly meetings where Federation members could discuss policy and practice concerns, raise issues, make requests, and bring forward items to be addressed by our government partners.

Moving forward, these meetings will be held monthly and will expand to cover not only COVID-19 concerns but other topics and issues concerning Federation members.

A recap of each meeting and highlights of the main topics will be posted here for those members who were unable to attend and/or those who want to revisit the discussion or access resources or presentations that were shared. The schedule of the monthly Member Support & Information Exchange meetings can be found on our webinars page.
