Health Engagement Survey

As part of The Federation’s ongoing advocacy and engagement with the Ministry of Health, we are seeking feedback from our members about your working relationship with local health authorities, how, as service providers, you perceive the delivery of local health services, and whether persons accessing services are treated with dignity and respect.

The feedback will remain anonymous and separate from any identifying information and will not be used publicly. Any examples provided will be shared only with senior ministry and regional health authority decision-makers to inform and encourage changes around organizational culture, communication, engagement, and cultural sensitivity. All questions are optional; any that don’t apply to your position and/or organization can be skipped or you can select N/A as your answer.
