Community Social Services Training Fund

In March 2020, The Federation of Community Social Services of BC was in receipt of a grant of $3,000,000 to support training and development to strengthen capacity and increase the numbers of skilled workers in BC’s community social services sector.
Funding was prioritized to strengthen capacity-building, with a focus on (1) providing access to accredited training programs for organizations in the community social services sector and (2) meeting the challenges of recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce.
Applications Closed
- Community Social Services Training Fund applications closed on March 31st, 2022.
- All training must take place before May 31, 2022.

Funding for this Training Fund is provided by The Province of British Columbia as part of an initiative to respond to the training and development needs of those who work with some of BC’s most vulnerable people.
